Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings
• Willingness for travel as required (0-50% local)

Responsibilities

• Oversee, plan, and implement health plan quality improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and NCQA requirements
• Prepare quality program reports, audits, surveys, and documentation
• Monitor key activities and present results to leadership and committees
• Collaborate with state and national quality leaders to update policies
• Lead cross-functional quality improvement meetings and initiatives
• Provide training for quality management staff
• Travel as required (0-50% local, 0-20% overnight)
