Centene Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist to coordinate regulatory, accreditation, and clinical quality programs across multiple plans. You will lead large-scale initiatives, interpret contractual requirements, and monitor performance to ensure compliance.

In this role you will develop action plans, report progress to senior leadership, and collaborate with state partners and providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a clinical/health care environment with related degree.
• Three to five years managed care experience in health care.
• Experience in compliance, accreditation, service or quality improvement.
• Complex project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate regulatory, accreditation, and clinical quality improvement programs.
• Develop and monitor program performance to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, state partners, and leadership.
• Develop reports and presentations for senior management.
• Identify opportunities to improve Star Ratings and other quality measures.
• Conduct vendor oversight and management.

Formation

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related health field (i.e. MPH or MPA)
