The role ensures regulatory compliance, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomes across initiatives such as data collection, analysis, and NCQA readiness.

Required: 3+ years in managed health care, strong data/analytic skills, and expertise with Medicaid/Medicare regulations. Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Regulatory requirements for Medicaid, Medicare and NCQA standards.
• Strong data management and analytic skills.
• Proficiency with analytical tools SPSS and Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Project, Access, Visio).
• Ability to lead project teams and meet deadlines across interdependent tasks.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Persuasion skills to engage staff in service-improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a portfolio of projects within budget and compliance.
• Present quarterly performance analyses to oversight committees.
• Monitor service interventions and coordinate new interventions.
• Conduct process analysis and implement process improvements.
• Develop project management tools to measure and improve outcomes.
• Lead vendor selection, contract management and ROI analysis.
