Job summary

University of Southern California Arcadia Hospital seeks an experienced registered nurse to support hospital-wide quality and performance improvement efforts. You will produce clinical summaries, trend data, and analyses for Medical Staff and leadership, while performing chart reviews for core measures and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Current RN licensure in California required.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience in hospital settings.
• CPHQ or equivalent quality certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate organization-wide quality and performance improvement activities.
• Provide accurate clinical summaries, data trending, reports and analyses for leadership.
• Conduct chart reviews and data abstraction for quality initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with staff and Medical Staff to drive improvement and ensure policy adherence.
• Assist Director/Manager of Quality/PI with reporting requirements and program updates.
