Qualifications

• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with QI team to set quality standards, benchmarks, and measures of performance.
• Performs patient outreach including daily recalls to schedule insurance-driven appointments.
• Compiles data from multiple systems for retrieval, analysis, and monitoring of performance improvements.
• Supports data review processes to ensure accuracy of health services data and regulatory compliance.
• Creates data tools for recording objective assessment information for performance management.
• Participates in Comprehensive Review Team for internal audits and contract compliance.
