Job summary

SVG HSHS St. Vincent Hospital seeks a Quality Improvement Nurse to advance high-quality patient care across the system. The role partners with nursing teams and leadership to analyze outcomes, identify opportunities, and guide sustainable solutions using evidence-based practice.

The candidate will coach and educate staff, support regulatory readiness, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and high-reliability principles. RN licensure in Wisconsin and CPQH/Lean training preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with active license in state of practice.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN planned by 2026.
• 3 years clinical nursing experience required; 2–3 years quality improvement/clinical analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coach, educate, and support teams in quality initiatives.
