Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a quality improvement professional with RN licensure to join our clinical quality team. You will apply specialized clinical knowledge to assess and enhance patient care, collaborating to collect and analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and promote patient safety.

You will develop and implement quality assurance programs, communicate with healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or related clinical licensure.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
• Experience in healthcare quality improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Applies specialized clinical knowledge to quality improvement efforts.
• Collaborates with healthcare quality team to analyze clinical data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develops and implements quality assurance programs and initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations and accreditation standards through audits and reviews.
• Contributes to the development and revision of policies and guidelines for patient safety and quality.
