Qualifications

• RN licensure or equivalent clinical license.
• CPHQ certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare quality and patient safety.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements quality assurance programs and initiatives to monitor and improve healthcare services and processes.
• Collaborates with the healthcare quality team to collect and analyze clinical data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitors and ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Contributes to development and revision of policies to improve clinical quality and patient safety.
• Works with cross-functional teams to align policies with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Analyzes data to identify trends and implement evidence-based practices to improve care.
• Provides training to healthcare professionals and staff on quality assurance and patient safety.
• Supports research and dissemination of quality improvement findings to improve outcomes.
