• Review payer information and use payer portals to close gaps.
• Participate in payer meetings to maximize quality improvement opportunities.
• Support audits and follow-up of quality improvement activities.
• Educate staff on quality measures and improvement efforts.
• Participate in CQI, Chronic Disease and Risk Management activities.
• Occasionally provide MA coverage in Primary Care when needed.
