Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is required.
• RN experience is strongly preferred.
• CPHQ certification or commitment to obtain within 12 months is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages day to day operations of hospital-wide quality improvement, accreditation and regulatory compliance, and medical staff peer review.
• Manages and provides leadership to department staff.
• Plans, reviews, and analyzes the hospital-wide performance improvement plan to ensure it is based on current hospital needs and goals, regulatory requirements, and in alignment with THR initiatives and goals.
• Manage peer review process and maintenance of physician quality profiles.
• Plans, reviews, and monitors continuous readiness for hospital-wide Joint Commission Accreditation and other regulatory/accreditation requirements.
• Provides service excellence to all stakeholders.
