• Education: Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required.
• RN licensure/certification required.
• Masters in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for preparation and support of wholly owned facilities for regulatory licensure compliance.
• Travel to facilities; off-site time 60% or more weekly.
• Assist in scheduled/unannounced surveys by regulatory agencies.
• Facilitate process/system improvement across departments and service areas.
• Act as QI liaison with external agencies (CMS, ODH, TJC) and Trinity Health System.
• Provide consultation for practical application of performance improvement.
• Manage medical staff dynamics to facilitate discussions on quality and patient safety.
• Develop/assist in education programs related to quality/process improvement.
