Job summary

Mount Carmel in Columbus, part of Trinity Health, is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead a unit with 24-hour accountability. You will recruit, develop, and supervise staff, ensure effective scheduling, and participate in direct patient care as needed.

The role focuses on developing educational programs, maintaining quality care, and managing budgets to support cost containment and patient outcomes. Ohio RN licensure and a BSN or higher are required.

Responsibilities

• Manages department education and training for professional growth.
• Oversees budgets, labor, supplies, and cost containment.
• Monitors quality, compliance, and process improvement.
