Responsibilities

• Accountable for preparing and supporting regulatory/licensure compliance for owned facilities.
• Travel to multiple sites; off-site time 60% or more weekly.
• Assist in scheduled/unannounced regulatory surveys.
• Facilitate process and system improvement across departments.
• Serve as a QA liaison with external agencies (CMS, ODH, TJC, etc.).
• Provide consultation on performance improvement and patient safety.
• Lead projects and educate staff on quality/process improvement.
