Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly chart reviews and QA/QI oversight.
• Monitor caseloads and ensure timely case management and closures.
• Run program reports and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
• Maintain consumer records in compliance with regulations.
