Philadelphia Corporation for Aging is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to lead organization-wide quality initiatives and supervise a team of analysts. You will leverage data, process analysis, and collaboration with leadership to improve program outcomes and compliance across PCA programs.

The role emphasizes statistical rigor, BI tool usage (Power BI), and driven leadership to map processes and implement improvements within a hybrid work setting at PCA Main Building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years leading continuous quality improvement and data analysis.
• Supervising and developing a team across multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and data-quality assessment.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of quality improvement analysts and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate to assess analytical needs and design data/tech solutions.
• Review data quality and workflows to support research, reporting, and compliance.
• Develop dashboards and methods to monitor quality measures and trends.
• Lead audits of program data and communicate findings with actionable recommendations.
• Map processes and apply root-cause analysis to implement improvements.
• Develop metrics and analytical tools aligned with standards.
• Prepare executive summaries on implementation status and outcomes.
• Lead PCA projects and initiatives.
