Job summary

Acentra Health seeks an Internal Quality Improvement (QI) Specialist to drive data‑driven process improvements across IQIP. You will analyze performance, generate KPI reports, and lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to ensure contract deliverables and efficient workflows.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, prepare regular updates for senior management, and promote automation where appropriate to enhance quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years quality improvement experience focused on performance measurement.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps including SharePoint Lists and Power Apps.
• Proven use of quality improvement tools to enable change.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities via data analysis and lead data-driven projects.
• Deliver regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders with data-backed results.
• Assist in creating Lean/Six Sigma monitoring reports and ensure contract deliverables.
• Collaborate to establish project plans with timelines and drive improvements.
• Provide monthly KPI data analysis to senior management and contracting officers.
• Guide project teams and monitor plans, offering mitigation and improvement strategies.
