Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking an Internal Quality Improvement (QI) Specialist to support a culture of continuous improvement across contracts. You will analyze data, develop improvement plans, track performance, and lead cross-team initiatives to enhance process efficiency and compliance.

This role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma tools, monthly KPI reporting to senior management, and collaboration with stakeholders to standardize work and share best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of quality improvement experience with emphasis on performance measurement systems.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred; understanding of Lean/Six Sigma tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Deliver regular project report-outs to leadership and stakeholders.
• Create Lean/Six Sigma monitoring reports with data trends and analysis.
• Establish project plans with timelines and drive initiatives to reflect Lean/Six Sigma concepts.
• Prepare monthly KPI data analyses for Senior Management.
