Job summary

Riverwood Center is seeking a Quality Improvement professional to lead and coordinate the agency’s QI programs across clinical and support services. The role emphasizes data interpretation, both quantitative and qualitative analyses, and developing improvement plans.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and 3+ years of healthcare QI experience, with strong knowledge of quality improvement techniques and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of quality improvement experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Understanding of quality improvement techniques and data collection/analysis methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the agency’s quality improvement programs and coordinate quality requirements and standards.
• Guide performance assessment of clinical and support services and organize information systems to meet priorities through data interpretation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Data Science, or Information Systems, or Associate Degree with 5 or more years of equivalent experience
• Three years of quality improvement experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Understanding of quality improvement techniques, quantitative and qualitative methods, and best practices to develop improvement plans
