Job summary

Riverwood Center in Southwest Michigan seeks a Quality Improvement professional to oversee the agency's QI programs and coordinate quality requirements. You will guide performance of clinical and support services and organize information systems to align with business priorities through data interpretation and analysis.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field or an Associate Degree with significant experience, plus three years in quality improvement, preferably in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Understanding of quality improvement techniques and data analysis methods.
• Experience in healthcare quality improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the agency’s overall quality improvement (QI) programs and coordination of quality requirements and standards.
• Providing guidance on the performance of clinical and support services and organizing information services to meet business priorities through data interpretation and analysis.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Data Science, or Information Systems

Associate Degree with 5+ years of equivalent experience

Riverwood Center is located in beautiful Southwest Michigan with staff at seven sites across Berrien County. We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and a member of Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health, Michigan Association of Community Mental Health Boards, and the National Council for Behavioral Health.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Data Science, or Information Systems, or Associate Degree with 5 or more years of equivalent experience
• Three years of quality improvement experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Understanding of quality improvement techniques, quantitative and qualitative methods, and best practices to develop improvement plans
