Job summary

Simmons Prepared Foods Inc is hiring a Grader SS for the Day Shift in Gentry, AR. You will visually grade product on the line, ensuring only quality product meets customer specifications such as quality, weight or count.

You may rotate to other positions on the line as needed and participate in team development and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies, coordinating work to ensure best practices with all team members on site.

Qualifications

• Must pass a customer specification test before qualification.
• Visually inspect product for quality, weight and count.
• Ability to work in a loud, wet environment and lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visually grade product on the line to ensure only quality items pass.
• Remove defective product and place into defect groups.
• May rotate to other positions on the line as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and support team concepts and policies.
