Qualifications

• Requires proficiency in English for reading and writing.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to work 40 hours weekly.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Strong manual dexterity and good eyesight for reading blueprints.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow written instructions.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and efficiency on repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of machinery including cutoff saw, drill press, buffing wheels, and calibration stations.
• Manual assembly of parts per procedures and work instructions.
• Identify and pull parts; interpret complex work orders to determine assembly requirements.
• Conduct quality checks and document results using inspection sheets and workstation tools.
• Recognize and communicate quality issues to coworkers and supervisors for improvements.
• Specific duties will vary on a daily basis.
