Job Description:
FabCab Quality Gate Inspectors review Sales Orders, approved prints, Bills of Materials, and other build information against what has been assembled during production, then facilitate corrective actions for any issues identified.
Responsibilities include inspecting fire and emergency vehicles for options, content, and workmanship, determining root causes, developing corrective actions with various departments, communicating effectively, recording metrics, and executing assignments within established timeframes.
Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, experience with visual inspection or testing, knowledge of quality tools and concepts, strong analytical skills, proficiency with computer systems, and the ability to interpret technical documentation. Previous experience in department 528 is a plus.
Physical requirements involve ascending/descending ladders, maintaining balance atop vehicles, and working in various physical positions.
