Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, simple formulas and conversions.
• Able to accurately use a calculator.
• Stand for the duration of the shift with repetitive motions.
• Must be able to lift 15 to 65 pounds and move boxes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests at line and in the lab to ensure product quality and food safety.
• Evaluate raw materials, moisture, temperature, codes, weights, O2 levels, blend ratios and related metrics.
• Conduct microbiological analysis and environmental sampling per SOPs.
• Document activities and results; support QA and lab tasks as needed.
• Set up workstations, assist cross-training, and maintain timely release of product.
