Job summary

Mars is seeking a Business Process Integration Specialist to drive QFS process integration across the United States, connecting Quality & Food Safety with Supply Chain and Commercial teams. The role focuses on bridging Mars and Kellanova systems, aligning both the current and future-state processes with Mars' digital transformation and global QFS standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Food Science, Food Safety, Engineering, or related technical field with 5 years in complex business environments.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
Good understanding of business processes and change management.
Great presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Execute the QFS business process integration workstream, including project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and status reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of integration activities.
Prepare and deliver regular updates to the Integration lead.
Leverage expertise to map current-state processes and design future-state, harmonized processes aligning with Mars' Digital Transformation and global QFS standards.
Make sound decisions in harmonization of key digital systems between new and legacy businesses.
Ensure robust documentation and training materials are developed for the newly integrated processes, aligning and enhancing the integration playbook.
Serve as the subject matter expert for the integration of digital systems and technical QFS processes
