You will drive the integration of Mars and Kellanova across core business processes, acting as an expert in QFS programs and coordinating with Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience in complex business environments with QFS
• Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams

Responsabilités

• Execute the QFS business process integration workstream, including project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of integration activities.
• Prepare and deliver regular updates to the Integration lead.
• Design future-state, harmonized processes that align with Mars' Digital Transformation and global QFS standards.
• Harmonize key digital systems between new and legacy businesses and develop documentation and training materials.
