Responsibilities

• Execute QFS business process integration workstreams with project planning and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Prepare and deliver regular updates to the Integration lead.
• Map current-state processes and design future-state harmonized processes aligned with Mars Digital Transformation and QFS standards.
• Make sound decisions in the harmonization of key digital systems between new and legacy businesses.
• Develop robust documentation and training materials for newly integrated processes.
• Serve as SME for integration of digital systems and QFS processes.
