Job summary

Kellanova is seeking a Quality and Food Safety Supervisor for our Rome, GA manufacturing facility. This on-site night-shift role (10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m., Sun–Thu with flexibility) leads initiatives to ensure products meet top food safety and quality standards.

You’ll partner with Corporate Quality and plant leadership to drive improvements, support compliance programs, and strengthen team capability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field.
• HACCP, SQF, and PCQI experience.
• Hands-on microbiology laboratory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Compliance leadership for microbial, sanitation, and food safety requirements including HACCP and third-party audit readiness.
• Oversee allergen controls, inspection programs, and the site Food Safety Plan; manage QFS Lab budget.
• Drive continuous improvement, SOP/KPI adherence, and maintain QFS SOP database.
• Lead, coach, and train QFS Technicians to ensure capability and execution.
