Job summary

Kellanova is seeking a Quality Analyst in Rome, GA to own and maintain quality systems, ensuring effective software/tools functionality at the plant. You will collaborate with frontline leaders, vendors and teams to monitor data, train staff, and uphold quality standards.

The role emphasizes data analysis, SPC initiative leadership, and robust documentation. Onsite work at the Rome, GA plant with cross-functional collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or substantial experience in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in collecting, analyzing, and summarizing quality data from laboratory and in-plant processes, as well as tracking quality trends and implementing efficiency plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and reporting software such as Tableau.
• Ability to present to leadership and communicate complicated information to a broad audience.

Responsibilities

• Smart Factory Ownership – configure checks, train plant team members, and validate data in the system.
• SPC Implementation – lead in implementing and overseeing quality data analysis and process monitoring.
• Document Control and Compliance – maintain the plant's document control database and ensure up-to-date documentation.
• Data Tracking and Trending – pull, track, and analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
