Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA, food, or CPG manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing relationships with co-packers.
• Knowledge of recalls, CAPAs, and QA systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate quality objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee QSM, audits, corrective actions, and recalls preparedness.
• Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and certifications.
• Coach and develop QA team; travel as required to support operations.
