You will shape the quality strategy, drive KPIs, and ensure compliance with government regulations, recalls, and certifications. This cross‑functional, fast‑moving role partners with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and distributors to build a robust Quality System Management framework, mentor teams, and deliver sustained product

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in CPG manufacturing, food, or beverage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and oral communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality strategy and KPIs for Brami's North American operations.
• Oversee audits, CAPAs, recalls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations and certifications.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and distributors.
