Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Peanuts allergen exposure in onsite facility; must be able to work in peanut processing area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; basic math and data interpretation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain Document Control System and related data records.
• Review COAs from 3rd party labs and document outcomes.
• Oversee lab portals, sample shipments, and test result tracking.
• Assist with environmental testing and data entry of results.
• Support internal and external audits and corrective actions.
