Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker in Indianapolis to assist the manager with food preparation and daily meal records. You will help maintain high standards of quality, sanitation, and kitchen safety while handling cash receipts and preparing daily reports.

Qualifications

• Food Service Certificate as needed.
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Capable of working quickly and concisely under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal and ensure accurate, sanitary storage.
• Serve food according to schedules and policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and uniform policy.
• Coordinate with the Manager to prepare daily menus and supervise temperature requirements.
