Job summary

Lamb Weston, Inc. is seeking a Co-Product Hand Pack for our Richland, WA production line. This hourly position inspects and packs cooked frozen potato products, ensuring quality and minimal waste on the line.

Responsibilities include monitoring line conditions, assisting with packaging, and maintaining sanitation. Training will be provided, and safety is emphasized in daily tasks and procedures.

Qualifications

• Follow instructions reliably.
• Sanitation qualification is preferred but not required.
• Must have good work performance.
• Read, understand and obey plant rules and safety procedures.
• Be physically able to perform the work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor containers and ensure packaging integrity.
• Maintain sanitation and housekeeping in the work area.
• Train new personnel in the co-product hand pack area.
• Rework damaged or restricted cases and bags of product.
• Inform supervisor of safety or process issues.
