Abbott, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Customer Experience Engineer - Quality in Minnesota (Plymouth) to serve as a key link between customers, clinicians and product teams. You will apply medical device quality engineering expertise to investigations and post-market activities.

Lead root cause analyses, drive CAPAs, analyze data trends, and collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing and Design Engineering to ensure FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP compliance while improving patient safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field.
• 5+ years in medical device quality engineering or related roles.
• Experience with FDA regulations and ISO 13485.
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of product complaints and performance concerns.
• Collaborate with clinicians to understand issues and gather data.
• Drive CAPA activities and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and risk.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO 13485.
