Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical discipline required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device quality engineering, complaint handling, post-market surveillance, or related quality functions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, and ISO 13485 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of product complaints and performance concerns from customers and clinicians.
• Partner with healthcare professionals to understand issues and determine root causes.
• Translate customer feedback into quality and engineering improvements.
• Drive CAPA activities and ensure effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Design Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Risk Management and Quality teams.
