Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical discipline.
• Experience in medical device quality engineering and post-market activities.
• Strong root cause analysis, problem solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of product complaints and performance concerns from customers and clinicians.
• Drive quality engineering deliverables, CAPAs, and risk assessments.
• Develop reports and dashboards to inform quality decisions and product improvements.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Design Engineering, Regulatory, Risk, and Quality teams to improve performance.
• Support FDA, ISO 13485, GMP compliance and QMS initiatives.
