Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in medical device quality engineering, investigations, complaint handling, or post-market quality.
• Experience with FDA, ISO 13485, GMP quality systems and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of product complaints and performance concerns from customers and clinicians.
• Drive root-cause investigations and corrective actions across functions.
• Develop and present quality metrics, reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Support CAPA activities and risk management with cross-functional teams.
