Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Quality Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to lead day-to-day quality activities on the manufacturing floor, ensuring products meet specifications and customer requirements. You will oversee quality personnel, drive problem-solving, and partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials, and Supply Chain to prevent defects and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in operations quality and manufacturing.
• 1+ year of experience leading or supervising employees.
• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop quality personnel supporting manufacturing operations.
• Establish expectations for quality performance, standard work and accountability.
• Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and respond to quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality procedures, instructions, specifications, and control plans.
• Drive a culture of prevention and continuous improvement.
