Job summary

TekModo Holdings LLC seeks a Quality Floor Technician to support manufacturing with inspection and process verification on the production floor in Three Rivers, MI. You will work with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met, performing inspections and data collection while maintaining a clean, compliant work area.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a manufacturing or quality inspection setting,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in manufacturing or quality inspection environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and control plans.
• Experience using hand measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Familiarity with SPC data collection and basic statistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform FAI and support process validation activities.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections using hand gauges.
• Record results on check sheets or electronic systems.
• Establish and monitor control points and inspection points.
• Support containment, non-conforming material documentation, and corrective actions.
• Participate in MSA and Gage R&R activities.
• Assist in maintaining inspection equipment and gauge control.
• Complete LPAs and 5S audits; ensure 5S on the floor.
