Job summary

Wabash is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee hourly coordinators and associates and drive improvements in FTQ, DPU, and NUFR at our Kentucky plant. The role requires strong problem solving, leadership, and training abilities within a manufacturing setting.

The successful candidate will implement quality systems, guide supplier issue resolution, and collaborate across departments to achieve measurable quality gains and maintain robust CAR/PAR and SCAR processes.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have an Associate degree (required).
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, analyzes, designs, and implements quality systems in manufacturing.
• Facilitates problem-solving and process improvement efforts.
• Provides guidance in resolving supplier issues.
• Teaches, educates, and trains the team on quality systems and skills matrix.
• Delivers training and leads meetings.
• Maintains CAR/PAR and writes SCAR for the plant.
• Coordinates audits and assists non-conforming process.
