MPI is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality systems, drive continuous improvement, resolve customer complaints, and ensure regulatory compliance in a complex manufacturing setting. You will oversee the quality team and guide Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, and data-driven decisions to elevate operational excellence.

The role emphasizes collaboration with operations and engineering, hands-on coaching, and development of high-performing teams while maintaining a strong focus on QMS and ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM) is required.
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; strong RCA and corrective actions knowledge.
• Experience with ISO 9001, quality systems, audits, and metrology.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the site's quality team and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee quality initiatives, metrics, and daily management to raise results.
• Manage root cause investigations, CAPA, and customer complaint resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with QMS standards, audits, and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership to improve product quality.
• Use Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and FMEA to reduce defects and optimize processes.
• Analyze quality data and trends to implement sustainable solutions.
