Job summary

Legend Brands is seeking a Quality Manager to lead a growing quality organization across restoration, cleaning and construction product lines. You will drive continuous improvement, manage audits, and partner with production, engineering, and procurement to embed quality into every phase of the product lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a quality or engineering field, 10+ years in quality with 5 years in leadership, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt; SolidWorks experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering or related field required.
• 10 years of progressive Quality department experience.
• 5 years of Quality Management experience.
• 5 years of leadership experience.
• Yellow belt in Six Sigma training.
• 5 years of SolidWorks experience or comparable engineering software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams.
• Coaching, leading, and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals.
• Effectively communicate in a team-based environment.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Work with cross-functional teams such as production, engineering, and procurement to integrate quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain KPI's to determine failure trends and corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain documentation and oversee audits.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of equipment and processes.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Investigate customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement solutions to enhance product and process quality.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
