The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or Engineering, 10 years in quality roles, 5 years in leadership, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and SolidWorks proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of progressive Quality Department experience.
• 5 years of Quality Management leadership experience.
• 5 years of leadership experience.
• Yellow belt in Six Sigma training
• 5 years of SolidWorks experience or experience with comparable engineering software.
• Practical working knowledge of quality management systems.
• Practical working knowledge of FMEA process.
• Skill in creating action plans to address identified issues.
• PMI Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals.
• Effectively communicate in a team-based environment.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Work with cross-functional teams such as production, engineering, and procurement to integrate quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain KPI's to determine failure trends and corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain documentation and oversee audits.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of equipment and processes.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Investigate customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement solutions to enhance product and process quality.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
