Job summary

Daniel Defense, LLC is seeking a Quality Manager to lead environmental health and safety, drive a robust quality program, and ensure all products meet regulatory and company standards. The role requires supervising a diverse team, conducting audits, and interfacing with vendors and customers.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in quality, strong MS-Project skills, and proven project management capability in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Quality or related field.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience required.
• Experience leading a diverse team of technicians.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Project management experience is a must; MS-Project preferred.
• Certification in quality disciplines (CQA, CMQ/OE, PMP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental health and safety initiatives and implement a quality program.
• Develop/review standards and procedures for production-related functions.
• Ensure product compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Review and resolve quality issues with QA team, vendors, and customers.
• Conduct quality audits and report findings to leadership.
• Manage RCCAs and functional area boards; facilitate PFMEA/PCP for processes.
• Review customer satisfaction surveys and corrective actions.
