Kimball Electronics is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the plant Quality Organization and drive relentless, measurable improvement across supplier, process, and customer quality.

You will oversee quality compliance with customer specs, regulatory standards, and certifications while growing a high-performance team focused on continuous improvement and effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and/or extensive experience in quality management within electronics manufacturing.
• Experience leading quality organization, supplier quality, and customer quality.
• Knowledge of quality systems, certifications, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead plant Quality Organization and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and cost of quality.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industrial standards (ISO/TUV/UL/FDA/etc.).
• Manage staffing and budgeting for the quality department and oversee supplier quality.
