Dura-Line, an Orbia business, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for our Elyria, Ohio plant to lead QA processes and drive lean initiatives.

In this role you will supervise the quality department, manage audits, and ensure compliance with TS/TL/ISO standards while delivering continuous improvements that impact product quality and customer satisfaction. Join a global company committed to safety and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or 8–10 years in lean manufacturing quality leadership.
• 8–10 years in quality roles with a certified QMS in manufacturing.
• Experience leading internal and external audits (TS/TL/ISO familiar).
• Strong initiative, strategic mindset, and cross-functional leadership.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, options, and action plans.
• Lead internal audits and drive corrective actions with readiness for external audits.
• Develop annual audit plan and train internal auditors.
• Oversee document control and ensure compliance with quality certifications.
• Drive continuous improvement projects tied to operations and customer satisfaction.
• Manage plant quality processes including CAPA, NCRs, deviations, and supplier validation.
• Lead quality department and engage cross-functional teams.
• Ensure TL-9000 and related process controls in testing, calibration, non-conforming products.
