Job summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Quality Leader to own and continuously improve the Quality Management System for our panel build operations. You will manage quality planning, inspection strategy, and corrective actions, partnering with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure products meet stringent requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in QA/QC, ISO 9001 expertise, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with QMS, ISO 9001, audits and reporting.
• Strong root-cause and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QMS development and maintenance for panel build operations.
• Develop quality plans, inspection plans, and testing requirements.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Lead FAI processes for new products and changes.
• Ensure traceability, records, and supplier actions.
• Serve as primary customer quality contact and audits.
• Driver of corrective actions and cost-quality improvements.
• Manage quality KPIs like FPY and NCRs.
