Power Connector LLC, Connected by Trexon seeks a Quality Manager to lead and refine the Quality Management System, driving improvements across internal and external processes. The role emphasizes analytics, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to support expansion into new industries.

The ideal candidate will guide audits, ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 where applicable, and mentor teams on quality practices while maintaining robust documentation and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field.
• 5-8 years of experience in quality or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards; AS9100 preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and inspection procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the department, setting priorities and deadlines.
• Manage and maintain all Quality Control documentation and activities.
• Interface with quality personnel at customer and supplier levels.
• Prepare for and manage quality audits, including Quality Manual and procedures.
• Communicate with external quality assurance during on-site inspections.
• Lead root cause corrective actions and analyze data for release decisions.
• Develop and maintain drawings, specifications, and calibration procedures.
• Provide training on manufacturing quality practices.
