Job summary

J Josephson Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee production quality standards and coordinate R&D collaborations to meet customer and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes hands-on testing, supplier and material evaluation, and maintaining environmental and safety compliance.

The candidate will lead QA processes, support audits, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing stages, raw materials, and finished goods while interfacing with customers and distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field as listed.
• Five+ years in quality control/assurance in manufacturing with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the standards for production.
• Test and report on incoming product complaints.
• Review raw materials and production stages for adherence to requirements.
• Identify root cause and validate/invalidate customer quality complaints.
• Review production quality complaints and recommend resolutions.
• Provide backup support for QC during downtime or shifts.
• Maintain environmental compliance records and permits.
