Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Integrated Management System (IMS) Process Manager to develop, implement, and sustain a unified IMS across multiple factories in the SI EP NA region. The role emphasizes ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environmental, and ISO 45001 safety standards, with audits, documentation, and continuous improvement at its core.

The position is hybrid (3–4 days onsite weekly) and based out of TX, NC, SC or GA, reporting to the Quality Engineering Manager in Peachtree Corners, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with quality management systems and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Experience in integrated management systems for quality, environmental, and safety compliance.
• Strong internal audit planning, execution, and corrective action closure.
• Excellent document control and records management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a unified IMS across multiple factories.
• Lead internal audits, surveillance, and certification activities.
• Coordinate documentation control and compliance records.
• Coach process owners on compliance responsibilities and continuous improvement.
• Support leadership decisions with audit findings and performance metrics.
